We started the company after years working on and around Pacific Northwest lakes, seeing firsthand how invasive milfoil and neglect could transform once-beautiful waterfronts. Determined to do better, we built Milfoil Management NW on the belief that precision, sustainability, and care can restore both beauty and balance to local lakes.

Shinta brings over 8 years of experience in marine construction throughout the PNW. As a former Project Foreman at Seaborn Pile Driving, he led teams on high-value waterfront projects, developing expertise in shoreline restoration.
